You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 3330 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3330 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable standards. You may be required to provide supporting documentation — including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at 3330's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
All transactions on the 3330 platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied at any point. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in Taka at the amounts specified by the Player, subject to applicable minimum and maximum limits.

Deposits via card payment may be subject to longer processing times depending on the issuing bank.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Processing times for withdrawals via mobile financial services are typically 15 to 60 minutes following approval. 3330 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the account area and are subject to change.
Withdrawals may only be requested from verified accounts. Real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) are freely withdrawable subject to identity verification and applicable limits. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.
In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to a Player's account, 3330 reserves the right to reverse the erroneous amount at any time, regardless of whether any or all of the erroneously credited funds have been wagered. A bet may be declared void by 3330 in circumstances including: a palpable error in the displayed odds or lines; match abandonment or postponement under circumstances not covered by specific market rules; technical failures that affect the integrity of the market; or evidence of insider information or match manipulation. Void bets are settled at the stake amount only, with no winnings paid.

You may close your 3330 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your nominated payment method following completion of applicable verification checks, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.
